PROVENZAL - SEASONING FOR DRIED OLLUQUITO STEW , BAG X 78 GR

Provenzal - Peruvian Seasoning for Dried Olluquito Stew , Bag x 78 gr : This dish was born in the Peruvian Andes around 1800 BC. The main ingredient in this dish is olluco, a small, yellow, rectangular potato-like tuber grown at more than 2,000 meters above sea level. The Incas already used the olluco in their diet around 4,500 BC.

INGREDIENTS
Olluco, onion, garlic, special dried hot red pepper, black pepper, cummin, salt, yellow pepper, MSG.

PREPARATION
1. Fry ½ a pound beef jerky, or pieces of chicken, etc.
2. Add 3 ½ cups of water and envelope content, stir and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
