Refunds and Shippings

PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS:

The customer must know the restrictions and prohibitions of the products in his country before he make the purchase , peruincastore.com will not be responsible for any incident with customs authorities of the destination country. If restrictions of the product purchased exists or it is prohibited in the destiny country, our Payment Gateways will not return or refund the total paid.

MONEY REFUND

If the Order is seized or held by Customs in the Destination Country or in any Transit Countries way to the Destination Country  , peruincastore.com will not make any money returns or any refund .The buyer must know if the product purchased is prohibited or it has some restrictions in his country before he make the purchase .  If restrictions of the product purchased exists or the product is prohibited ,  peruincastore.com will not be responsible for any incident with customs authorities of the destination country or Transit countries to the destination country if the order is seized 

We do not make any refund if the buyer's Order and/or Shipment, once it arrived in the destination country, suffers any delay in its delivery or it is lost by the Postal Service of the destination country or Courier within the Country of Destination in Transit to be delivered because the responsability is by the side of the Postal Service or Courier inside the destination country and not by peruincastore.com since Peru, so the guarantee is not applicable

It is up to the Buyer to make the claim to the Postal Service or Courier in his Country since the Order arrived to a his country, it cleared customs but in transit to its destination , the order was lost by the Postal Service or Courier

GUARANTEE

Total 100% Guarantee of Re-Ship if the Order arrived damaged or money refund if the shipment does not arrive to the destiny country (Order Lost) .If the Order arrived to the Country Destiny and it is seized or held  by Customs , there is not money back

PRODUCT RETURN

Some times , the customer can receive one item of the purchased order in different packaging due the stock : Bag instead of box  or box instead of bag for example, but the content of the product and the brand is the same that the customer purchased and the weight  is the same. . If the customer is not happy with the new packing ,  he  can return one item ( product)  from the Order to Peru but the shipping cost must be paid by him . The product returned will be check it and verified if it was not opened and it has not damaged. Once verified if everything is ok , we will be refunding the money only by the cost of the product. The shipping cost is not included in the refund.

CANCEL AN ORDER

If the buyer wants to cancel the order ,the buyer is obligated to send a warning email to the seller inside 24 hours if the payment was made by Credit Card . If the email is not sent by the buyer in that time , the seller assumes the purchase and payment is ok so the order will be packed and shipped. Once the order is shipped there is not refund of money.. ORDERS DAMAGED
In case the shipment has suffered damages during the transport to the Destiny Country , the customer will have to communicate this situation to peruincastore.com before the 48 later hours to his reception. In this case, peruincastore.com will initiate the procedure of claim to the transport company to replace the merchandise damaged without additional charge to the client.

The customer will have right to the resend of the product without additional cost including the expenses shipment once the product has been given back to our facilities and the incidence has been verified.

RE-SHIP TIME

The shipping time can vary based on the shipment category if the order was sent outside Peru. For products in stock, the habitual shipping time for  abroad of 3 to 5 days. In any case, the shipment is processed as soon as possible .

It will be come to realise a unique shipment when it is available all the product to give back, except in case the customer indicates to us the opposite. However, peruincastore.com reserves the right to send the orders of form fragmented without additional cost for the customer.
For those products that are not in stock , the customer will be facilitated to by means of electronic mail the approximate manufacturing time
 that the manufacturer or supplier has communicated to us and he will stay informed of any variation that can arise from this term.

ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES

If the customer or the user accept our policies of refunds and Re-Shipments offered through our site peruincastore.com, it means that he has read, understood and accepted in express form the set out terms before. It will also be understood that whenever the customer or user accedes to the site, he accepts of form express the effective norms of privacy. If he is not in agreement with our politic , the client will not have to provide any personal information, nor to use our service because he is not obligued to do it.
